-Double cross, Double tween, & Double behind
-Double cross, Double tween, & Double behind (with chair touch every dribble)
-High Pound/Hard dribble while standing up on a chair
-High Pound/Hard dribble with crossover while standing up on a chair
-High Pound -> double dribble same hand cross (left to right or vice versa)
-High Pound -. double dribble same hand BTL
-Dribble low with low shin angles and low shoulders with (optional: rib cone on the opposite hand)
-10 REPS/10 SECONDS freestyle dribble (edit: better if closed eyes :P )

2x Cross BTWN Btb rev (2nd chair)
Chair High Pound (2nd cross)
High Pound jolt cross (2nd Tween)
low cone curve (inside hand cone)
Blind freestyle 10x10 sec
