As a soccer player, I learn so much from studying basketball players' movements. Selling the defender like its black Friday. Buddy was cooold with it, too. In/outs, hard stops, cuts, feints, opening up... sheeeeish much love 🙌🏿🙌🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Crossover wall taps - 20 sec
between the legs wall taps - 10 sec per leg
behind the back wall taps - 20 secs
In + out shifty, stationary crosses - 20 secs
1 cross 1 between shifty, stationary - 20 secs
2 cross 1 between shifty stationary - 20 secs
In + Out shifty pull back between legs (same hand same foot) - 20 sec
2 VERY shifty behind the backs + 1 pound - 10 sec per leg
2 shifty between the legs + 1 cross and speed stop - 10 sec per leg
2 in + out between the legs (on the second in + out move your leg so you can shift on the between the legs) - 10 sec per leg
between, throw forward, snatch back - 10 sec each way
stand sideways, retreat, open body, look other way, push, shift back - 20 sec
stationary freestyle shifty - 10 sec
moving freestyle shifty - 10 sec

I have a video request if you haven’t done it, can you give a video on how to simulate a real game by yourself? Or just some things to work on for in real games you can work on by yourself. My mom scared of covid and my friends, so I only have myself and my home hoop.
