I'm generally pretty tolerant of Jack's nightmare fuel, but this is something else. Not because it's the most visually disturbing, but because it's easy to understand the torment and fear this person is going through.

He was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away a few months ago.

My mom had alzheimers for a long time and when i first saw this video she was still alive but it hit close to me knowing she used to be completely different and I felt I couldn't remember before she was sick. After she passed this year in April this video hits an all new kind of different. I fear of forgetting her face, even if I have photos. This video is really relatable.

My mom passed when I was a child, and this video is actually quite comforting in a way. It’s horrible to be left with only the memory that you loved someone, while everything else about them drips away. Take photos of your loved ones, people!

As someone who has memory loss, this captures what I go through perfectly. I forget where I am, who I am, and certain things about me. I even forget faces after just a minute. And I always mix up words and say nonsense. I'm not always aware of the things I say. In fact, I don't remember most of today, what was said at dinner less than 20 minutes ago, and so much more. Sometimes we just forget who we are as a person and other ppl we love and care abt. It's nothing like forgetting what you had for lunch 6 years ago. I showed my brother this and he called jack stauber over-dramatic. This IS really what it feels like. I can say that this really is what its like. Its not just forgetting certain things, its losing sight of who you are and those who you care about.

I can actually relate to the line "oh you don't remember what she looks like? Well then make something up!"
I can't visualize the faces of people and when I try I try to it ends up looking distorted. It's a shitty feeling that I can't remember my family's faces .
In my dreams the faces are distorted and malformed or sometimes the people in my dreams have no face at all, it's absolutely terrifying and upsetting .
I have guilt that if I witnessed a murder or something I would be basically be helping the killer go on because I can't visualize the facial features and ect
Also is this like a normal thing or do I have a condition, please let me know in the replies.
