Solution: make Insurance companies into non-profit orgs where their PROFITS must go to manage cares, employees, services, with no golden parachutes

My wife used to work for a major health insurance provider. She's been telling people for DECADES, when people talking about Universal Healthcare being "Socialist". She says, "You're already paying for the system we have. Only instead of getting quality healthcare, we get screwed 2 times, instead of 1."

No one seems to care either. They're happy to go about their lives getting screwed, because in their mind, it's better that way...
