Taxes on taxes. I pay 3 different taxes at the gas pump. Then every year to register that vehicle I pay 5 different taxes. They take taxes out of my paychecks then I get to pay taxes on every single thing I buy with that money. TAXATION. IS. THEFT.

The comments are acting like America wouldn’t fall apart without taxes. Nearly 1/5 of the revenue the US government gains annually from taxes is spent of defence. The course of history would be completely different if the US military hadn’t received hundreds of billions in funding. Without taxes there would be no roads, no defence, no infrastructure, no medical care, no education, no business, no nothing.

Even if taxes were lowered so the US has a high Gross Domestic Product like proposed in this video it would just contribute to the Capitalist ideologies that the US is built off. The rich would get richer and everyone else will get poorer. Would you rather pay your taxes to the Government that somewhat cares about its citizens or a greedy corporation that sees citizens for the money and labour they are worth. Just something to think about.

It's interesting that you talk about disposable income. by this logic we should be taxing the rich more, because they have more disposable income. I'm all for taxing those with the most disposable income and giving breaks to those that don't....the poor. Tax the rich

You get taxed from your paycheck in multiple ways.
From the leftover money, you get taxed on most purchases.
You get taxed yearly for owning a house you paid for, with the money you had left after being taxed already.
I get taxed every year to drive my car.
I get taxed to pay for kids in school I don't raise or know.
I get taxed on gasoline that runs my car that I got taxed for the purchase AND yearly use.
Democrats want more estate tax, to tax more money on the one saved AFTER it was taxed first by the government.
Now some want more tax on the mileage you drive, wheels tax, tax for leaving your state to move to another, and the best part is for taxpayer money to:
Pay Congress $175k a year starting pay.
To pay for their travels and flights.
To pay for their insurance
To pay so they can get rich off of our money.
To pay for illegal immigrants better accommodations than most citizens while veterans suffer for defending this country.
I could go on but why trust the government with our money and can't budget it?
