How do I report a non-emergency illegal parking condition?

This includes a vehicle that is double parked, parked over seven days, or blocking a bus stop, crosswalk, handicapped spot, sidewalk or hydrant. It's illegal to park within 15 feet of either side of a fire hydrant. All commercial vehicles -- generally vans or trucks that make deliveries and have special license plates -- are not allowed to park on the street overnight.

Complained few times for cars parked illegally for over 4 months in a row but nothing was done about it. Made few complaints and absolutely nothing was done about it. No point of reporting.

Sure! Every time someone blocks my drive-way in Astoria NyC I REPORTED to the 311 and guess what.. the police comes 8 hours after when the Fucker is already gone and I am obliged to park 10 blocks aways because street parking is a nightmare in NYC! I understand is none an emergency call.. but c’’mon! 8HOURS!??? Too much.

Totally useless. No one does anything even if you complain. Waste of time. Slash the tires - car is still there but it'll make you feel better.
