Kanye's 'apology' sounds pretty much like the standard politicians non-apology apology. Basically "I'm sorry you were offended" putting the blame on the offended party vs "I'm sorry I was offensive" that accepts blame for the offence.

And Fuente's racist dog-whistle at the beginning toward Kanye when talking about his apology I hope doesn't go unnoticed.
