Just a thought..21st Century Tech...Gasoline Direct Injection into combustion chamber..No Intake valve clean/lubrication..unless you use different Dual GDI system found in limited models...Mechanical Secondary Fuel pump? Thats Old Tech...I own a Honda Crv GDI that I maintain more with Throttle/Intake Cleaning for longevity with CRC products 1000mi. each time to prevent Carbon Buildup...I trust my S.Port Injection Toyota Rav4 for the long haul....Just check out the part lists on your GDI and you will understand....
