Engineering is just the background. As Electrical Engineer I spent only 2 years in a technical role, the remaining 23 in different roles I enjoyed a lot. Many colleagues attach the studies to identity and it is where crisis starts. Well done Anna, you will not regret it, and you can change all times you want.

I'm currently studying Mechanical Engineering but often think about if I would be better suited for other careers like software development or data science. It's reassuring to hear that you're never constrained to the path you started on. I think knowing that you're never tied down to one company or position and that you have the ability to pivot on your own volition is essential to achieving a sense of freedom in your career and life.
