When my equghter was 8 years old, KD came to Seattle. It was her "torch and twang era". I took my daughter with me to see her twice. The most exceptional and shocking performance was "Johhny Get Angry" because all of us teeny boppers in the early 60s had been brainwashed with it's message. Thank you, KD.
