I get asked all the time, “If you could only use one supplement, what would it be?” My answer is usually Athletic Greens, my all-in-one nutritional insurance. I recommended it in The 4-Hour Body in 2010 and did not get paid to do so. I do my best with nutrient-dense meals, of course, but AG further covers my bases with vitamins, minerals, and whole-food-sourced micronutrients that support gut health and the immune system.

when my mother died a few years ago, the words on my heart were "you were always enough' ... she left this world never knowing her value and that was the most heart breaking thing about losing her. I had a moment of knowing I wanted different for myself and example for my son. I am working hard to change the false narrative I've carried my entire life... understanding the biological effect it has on the body, your neurology, choices made, even the way you breathe! there is so much great information and tools to heal big T trauma and its consequent biological effects...simple talk therapy isn't enough....look for therapist that use EMDR, neuro feedback, EFT, hypnosis, subliminal sleep audio, even look at psilocybin info... read books, audio books, information from channels like this...you will come across what you need...

I like how this doctor looks like a very sincere and helpful android. That's not an insult by the way.

It's all about self awareness! Having awareness that we are telling ourselves stories that are not helping us heal! WE FIRST HAVE to have awareness to make that change and heal <3

*If you have been through trauma, i just want you to know that you are still worthy of happiness and peace <3*

I recently got diagnosed with PTSD. I just got told
I was physically assaulted by a 17 year old neighbour when I was 2 years old. I can’t even remember the assault but I remember crying in my room. I was never the same. I’m still hurting.
