HILARIOUS PERIOD SITUATIONS EVERY GIRL CAN EXPERIENCE
Have you ever been through one of those annoying situations where your period struck, and you had no way to get out of it? Well, in this video, I’m sharing with some awesome period hacks that will save your life.
If you don’t have a bag to put your sanitary pads in, take a piece of fabric and sew it in your underwear to make a small pocket.
To increase the size of your sanitary pad, take a smaller one and place it horizontally at the back of your sanitary pad.
If you are taking underwear with you in case there’s an emergency. Roll them up in a ball and then place them in an empty wet wipes container.
I also show you some yoga poses that will help you get rid of annoying pain in your stomach. But you can also make a drink for it. Mix some parsley with hot water and mashed up cherries, and then drink the mixture.
To relieve a painful headache, mix some coconut oil, with mint oil, lavender oil, and then frankincense oil. Freeze the mixture and then massage on your temples.
