I'm very happy that Intel couldn't be bothered to include a 8c/16t processor in their i7 mainstream lineup. Anyone who wants those threads without upgrading to the expensive X299 platform is still going to choose a Ryzen, and AMD will continue to pressure Intel, gain market share, and encourage competition. Go AMD!
