Shame that here in the UK, we're simply not seeing those same price drops... we're getting a fraction of what is being seen elsewhere. Avg 3080ti price is still £1450-1500, avg 6800XT price is still around £1050-1100... sure there are a couple of cards for both below that average... but the vast majority of retailers are still price gouging consumers... ya know so... fuck them.

Honestly I don't think I'll ever buy another flagship GPU, even if I have the money for it, because those power draws are ridiculous. I just don't support it. I'll get whatever entry/mid range card AMD is offering and use RSR to hit the fps and resolutions I want. At least until efficiency is a genuine concern again.

I'm already pulling 600W steady when gaming on my 3080 and other components. Im not tripping the breaker in my house if the power draw for just the GPU is 600W. I literally see lamps in my living room dim at times when I game.
