Exercise improves muscle strength and mobility in persons with MS, helping fatigue, depression and QoL.

Check out these videos developed by MoveToSport for exercises at home, with varied programmes combining strength, endurance, stability and balance, adapted to your EDSS.

This Exercise 4 can be performed standing up and/or sitted (wheelchair, chair with or without back support). (See Video)

Always keep your torso as straight and tall as possible.

You can work with bottles of water, weights or elastic bandages (see video) .
Be creative but keep it safe, don't force anything !!
