Thank you! I use period panties from thinx and modibodi. they are more comfortable then disposable pads. When I am very heavy I use a menstrual cup. To help with my period symptoms I like heat, caffeine and spicy things.

Don’t let anyone make fun of you for the products you use to stop the blood I’m saying this because I see to many girls getting teased because they don’t use tampons or cups, use whatever you want because it’s your body and don’t go around teasing other girls for the products they use because every girl is different and every girl doesn’t always wanna use pads or tampons or cups, remember girls support girls don’t bring others down because of the period products they use
