I feel like a good competitor for Rise of Shadows is Vargoth. There's essentially no limit to how much you can attempt to abuse this card in Wild and it only gets more absurd as even more strong spells are released. He can be borderline game-breaking in Big Priest with resurrection effects and can work in both competitive decks AND meme decks.

You're still right about Mana Cyclone being really good.
