The baby monitor with the woman is probably the mother.This happened to my daughter. She left the room after putting the baby to bed and when she came back to her room, she saw the back of a woman standing at the crib looking down at the baby. What she was seeing was herself. There was some kind of delay in the monitor that kept her image intact for a time. She never did this, but if she had thought about it, she could have taken a picture of the monitor with her phone. Baby monitors can also pick up voices from a neighbor's baby monitor, too.

On the giraffe, it could've been fishing line tied to the neck of the giraffe and somebody pulling the strings from up above. The dim light would've been perfect for hiding fishing line.

The girraffe. I would have loved to see when the guy walks up and kicks it then turns around finding a ghost standing there. The ghost punches him in the face while yelling, "Don't kick my stuff!!!"
