The haunted cars. The 1st is a silver saloon with multiple inward going bullet holes, so I doubt the owner shot himself. The second car is a black hatchback, so no connection the 1st car. Moving on its own is weird but not as weird as a guy fitting a headlight to a car that's totally bent out of shape, an obvious right off.

The reason for the vintage cars at NASA is that a film was being filmed. The vintage cars were brought to NASA because a movie called "Project Artemis" is in production. This romantic comedy, set in the Space Race era, was partially filmed at Kennedy Space Center in Florida and features Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum.

at 17:00 I'd say the 'ghostly faces' are easily explained. the picture was likely taken with a phone, probably in a phone case which often have transparent protection over the phone lenses. the extra faces are causes by the light reflecting off the inside of the phone case, refracting slightly and causing a ghost image.
