My shopping is way cheaper then my hubby and sons and I could clear out the kitchen and have an other room free for other stuff.
1 pan, an airfryer, a sink and fridge DONE.

Perfect. Absolutely true. Plus fewer dentist & doctor visits, zero pharmaceuticals, fewer meals per day. I eat a steak or lamb chops every day as part of T-MAD & a few eggs. That's it! Expense per day is around $10 of the best, healthiest money spent. 76 & in perfect health.

That was my first worry expense but thought about when I make a salad I buy like 10 different items for it, been on it for 6 months not only saving money but literally in and out of the store in 10 min

Ground beef, eggs costs me like £6 a day. I can buy a 1.5kg-1.6kg round or sirloin roasts for around £15-£16 and cut it into steaks myself (lasts me about 3 days). And I have zero foodwaste (bar coffee grounds).

Meat IS ridiculously priced. However, as this guy said, cutting out everything else makes it affordable.

It's funny how people addicted to sugar or averse to change looks at the cost of meat and refuses to change their diet, even when the cost is actually less and the health benefits save you even more money.

This is exactly what I keep telling people!!!! When I only eat meat and butter people tell me it's too expensive! 15.00 a day for a rib eye and 5.00 worth of butter a week, so my food budget is 100.00 approx a week

No compost to deal with either besides some eggshells. No veggie washing/prep time. No black bags of 'mystery produce' rotting in the fridge drawers. My dog gets to lick out my fry pan/baking sheet and dish before I wash them so cleanup is quick.
