On another note I remember back in the 90s my local U-Haul had a bunch of perfect condition trucks from the Early 70s and they all looked brand-new. Until one day some guy came in and offered to buy them all. He must have wanted them for the engines or parts or something or maybe he even turned them back into regular pickup trucks and resold them. Who knows but they were like in brand new condition. Very well maintained.

U-Haul makes good trucks and they are very easy to drive all you have to do is remember that you are a little bit higher and can't go through drive-thrus other than that it's just like driving a normal van or pickup truck.

Just curious - how much was the dump fee on that load? Thanks. And yes, I too find U-Haul to maintain their fleet quite well. Rent a truck maybe twice a year, never a single problem with their equipment so far.

I remember renting a 20 foot right when they came out with it in 2012. The truck only had 9, 000 miles on it.

I work for Uhaul as a welder/robotic operator and we make parts for those trucks, and all the trailers I'm here to tell you that nothing that this company makes is of cheap quality, and to those who say that Uhaul builds cheap equipment has never worked for us, and has no idea what goes into making our equipment and parts for our trucks
