Replace Glass on 27' Apple Thunderbolt Display

How to replace the screen glass on the 27" Thunderbolt Display from Apple. Total cost to fix was about $120.

Last night I was walking home and lying on the sidewalk was a 27 inch Apple Thunderbolt display.
Glass was smashed and mostly gone.
Led was intact.
Connectors were fine.
Front & back were filthy.
Aluminum sides of led have what looks like rust on them.
I cleaned it uo front & back & plugged it into a power strip and it didn’t go poof !
It has a VESA mount on the back.
As soon as I figure out how to remove it I will clean it up and sell that on Ebay.
Going to get the tools and open up the display and pull it out and clean the inside and I sent pictures to my Mac repair shop and ask them if this can be repaired.
Glass, a stand and an LED can all be gotten from Ebay.
I am not sure what to do with the magsafe connector.
The only Mac I have that has thunderbolt is my Silicon M1 Mac Mini.
Everything else is too old.
