This region could have a trio of dark type legendaries based on the Warden, Wither, and Ender Dragon. Their secondary typings being Ghost, Poison, and Dragon respectively. Even though these mobs are not really interconnected in Minecraft itself and the Warden is technically not even a boss, IMO it would be pretty thematically pleasing as they’re all the hardest mobs to fight in each of their home dimensions and all fit the bill for the same primary typing.
