First, I don't wanna seem like a know-it-all, but the "creature with lights" in the water just looked like a plastic bottle, and the creature that the narrator mentioned, based on the image, was Comb Jellyfish. They live in the deep DEEP ocean. Like heavy-duty submarine deep ocean. So I don't think it's gonna be floatin' around in a swamp. Additionally, they don't have limbs, let alone claw-like hands.
