when i follow these instructions, i get at the very top " profiles on interface Wi-Fi 2: "

then the only wifi networks listed are those that i have logged onto in the past (typically my phone hotspot but other businesses and hotels. only my home wifi network shows in this list from the list of " wifi networks available " if i open my wifi panel.

i tried to open a random wifi network by typing it into the command prompt but no luck. the response "insert network" is not found on the system
