just one question .. win 10 home version .. you edited UX/ Settings / Dword (32-bit) value ... does this relate to win 10 32 or 64 bit o/s whichever version is in use? why edit dword 32, is it not relative?

Why do you have to change this in both policy editor and regex? Why isn't just one enough, that doesn't seem to make sense

or open Windows Security/Defender, navigate to Virus & Threat Protection, search for virus & threat protection updates, and click protection updates, inside you will find check for updates. ( Windows Security/Defender > Virus & Threat Protection > virus & threat protection updates > click protection updates )

This method didn't work on Windows 10 Enterprise v2004, it did however work on Windows 10 LTSC v1809. I don't know what I can do to fix my v2004 computer. I can't keep it from automatically updating to newer feature update versions. I uninstall them, return to v2004 and ensure all the registry mods are in place and then one day later I'm back to 21H2. Pisses me off so much because I need the security updates. I can only choose to disable updates alltogether or being annoyed with feature/quality updates I don't need. It's my wife's older computer so I'm reluctant to reinstall it with LTSC v1809 because there's tons of software on it I don't want to reinstall.
