Fitbit Sense Issue

2 month old Sense now just cycling the Fitbit logo. Holding button does nothing.

Same issue! Third time it’s done it and it’s only 18 months old- Fitbit warranty of only 12 months shows they don’t have any confidence in the reliability of their products. After supporting Fitbit for over 10 years, that’s it…. Off to Apple

I had that issue with my original Sense then the screen locked up. I called & they ended up replacing it. Well last week the replacement did the same thing, but added a screen that looks like a old black & white pixel TV and nothing works. Fitbit said it's out of warranty, I don't understand how the replacement is only 3mo old & they gave me a 35% off coupon. I told them that's not acceptable the watch is 3mo old they said they didn't care that was the only option. Seriously! I've bought so many Fitbits throughout the years not sure if I will anymore.

I’ve had my Sense Fitbit since Sep 2024 and my heart rate variability doesn’t register half the time. I’ve cleaned it. Moved it around on my wrist but for over a week now it hasn’t given me a number. Am I dying? I usually get anywhere between 12-28 on it. But now nothing. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I paid over $200 plus I bought the premium plan because I didn’t sign up for my free intro. I caught Covid day after I bought it and forgot to sign up. I have one just like this one shown.

Hi, my versa 3 will not charge, black screen, no vibering! Can you help me? 🙏 It was on 14%, I put it in the charger, and now all Black.. Have tried everything 🙄

Mine is the unexpected 'Unlock on your phone'. Always had to factory reset the watch. Twice in two months. Terrible if you go to pay using your watch.

Brother, I have an experience. First, press until you feel the vibration. Count 30 seconds, then release. Then press for 10 seconds, then release.

I'm having the same issue. Apparently the fix with fitbit is to give customers a 35% coupon. This will be my last product from them.

I am having this same issue right now. After reading the comments, I think its time for me to ditch fitbit and go for a samsung watch instead.
This is my second fitbit and I refuse to give them anymore of my hard earned money.

Currently having this issue but mine won’t reset; I’ve barely had it 13 months. They gave me a 35% off coupon for a new one. My watch was nearly $400 😅 Glad you had better luck.
