I think you are playing a large part of that holding close our rhythms as times change.

Tim, for me you are this generations Paul as Jesus called him to share share the Gospel to the Gentiles. I find it difficult to understand the occurances brought up in Ezra 4:6, 7-23, where supposedly two kings and a letter is mentioned that doesn't seem to fit the order of the events. Do you have any thoughts?

Did not Yahweh 'put away' his people from his protection and sight ( turn away and forsake them) when they refused to behave according to his rules and regulations repeatedly? Surely Yahweh approved of legal separations. On the questionable side, David, when king, chose to divide himself from Michel when she called him out on his behavior that might have looked quite a bit like Antonio Brown's topless strut on a football field, yet Michel was still financially cared for, and then he fulfilled his own intentions by being even more vile with Bathsheba. Without any addendum to the results of separating, I do wonder if some of the children sought out their renewed or might I say 'born again' fathers after living with the results of their carnal idolatrous mothers. There is so much depth to the concept of Ezra 10, and whether only 1 of 2 spouses repent and renew their covenant with Yahweh voluntarily, the children of those 'mixed marriages' will see the difference in results and can choose to return to their parent that honors Yahweh IF they get STRAIGHTENED out during their time to observe the results of rejecting Yahweh or Yehovah. Lastly, I suspect it is far more appropriate to call upon El Shaddai or our Holy Creator rather than continually simplifying the name of Yahweh to 'Gd', whom Mr. Mackie should know is pronounced God but is merely a tribe, son of a Rachel's slave, and tied to the definition of 'fortune', which differs from the name 'Zebulun' greatly. Unless our staged teacher repent and pray to 'Purifying Creator' or El Shaddai whom Yoseph might have called upon not yet knowing the name Yahweh as Moshe learned of, the title of Gd( God/Gad) is being used idolatrously too, and I do not regret being the messenger in this matter of Purifying Ruler Yahweh vs. G-d, the brother of Asher. THINK or vain repetitions will continue to flow past of stubborn lips of inconsistent hirelings on church stages worldwide.

You are wise, but you need to keep getting wiser. God does not want us to follow Man's Feasts. Like Easter, Christmas, Halloween etc...These are pagan holidays, the Catholics brought into their religion. If you follow Jesus, he did not celebrate these pagan holidays.
