On top all that lot, Google, Facebook and al, change format so often my head spins ... We are many out there who don't like what they think is better for us, we, on the other hand find it very annoying having to relearn how to manage the new formats, having to read tons of whathaveyous on screen, getting headaches and poor sights, and frankly wasting time we could/should spend otherwise ...

ok i figured it out. you have to go on google and search “google privacy page”. one you do that click “personal info” and then click “birthday” and you can just change ur birthday from there but make sure you set the birth date for 18 or older ( this is only if it’s your restriction mode is already off and still not working”
