OMG I did it Bridget!! I gave birth unmedicated 2 nights ago!! I listened to this video throughout my surges and your voice was very reassuring to me. I felt like you were there with me, encouraging me. For some reason, I couldn't breathe and count through each surge, instead I had to moan. After a few minutes, I felt the urge to push and baby girl came shortly after. Thank you so much for all of your helpful pregnancy and labor videos. I look forward to catching up with the postpartum videos!

This was playing in the background during my contractions for our first baby! Helped I couldn’t do it without this. Thank you so much!

Thank you thank you thank you!! I was at 41+3 and baby wasn’t coming. I was going to get an induction but things quickly turned around and I was able to give birth naturally and quickly using your videos and especially this one helping me breathe through each contraction. I kept forgetting how to breathe, and this video was both soothing and encouraging! Playing over and over and over, even as baby was crowning it helped me listen to what my body needed.

Thank you for all that you do! I’m due in about 3 weeks and feel confident about giving birth because of your videos. My body knows exactly what to do, I just need to support it.

This is so relaxing & her voice is so soothing! Trying to get a grip on my breathing to distract me from the discomfort of contractions. I’m currently 40+1 and just lost my mucus plug yesterday. Intense cramping contractions started 12 hours ago & they have been consistent in their timing & duration.

God bless all you mommas. 🙏🏼

Currently 32 weeks pregnant and I’m gonna practice this breathing technique every day, kinda exhausting to do this but I’m positive it will help during labor if I keep practicing ❤️ thank you for all of the other amazing videos as well

I lost my mucus plug (on day two) and ever since have been having really uncomfortable contractions but not blood or water breaking and this is helping me through them.

This played during my contractions Tuesday and I got fully dilated and had baby girl like 10 minutes later! TY Bridget! I’m also using this guide to get through my post partum contractions I get while nursing— so painful as well! Riding the waves 🌊 ❤

Bridget, thank you so much for your meditations. I was able to give birth to my baby girl naturally with no interventions. Throughout my labor and delivery I heard your voice speaking these meditations to me. I know I couldn't have done it without you, your meditations and the education you provide on your YouTube channel. ❤️
