Low budget, B movie... and I love it!!!
Bad writing, over complicated, incoherent, impossible possibilities, conclusion jumping with 100% accuracy... and I love it!!
Who knew when tracking a serial killer 5 murders is the min threshold to have a swat team raid a location, 0-4, all you need is a reporter!!!

If you haven't watched this movie, let me save you the time... Don't! It's horrible! Easily one of the worst Pacino movies that have ever been made. As a matter of fact this movie wasn't even made. It was shat out of the anoose of satan himself.
