Okay so I'm halfway into this movie. And I can see it's pretty damn interesting. Good thriller horror movie. I don't think I would rate it as a b budget movie. Quite enjoying it and giving it a thumbs up. 7/10

Looks very low budget. The comedic punchlines aren't... great. The premise would have been cool if the design of the Hangman was better and his arsenal was a bit more... inspired. But otherwise it's tough to take this movie seriously. Terrifier and The Collector definiely had more unique looks/gadgets and still worked out well within a limited budget.
