at 38:41, I used a different approach. For at most 3 red balls, we can calculate total ways - (cases with 4 red balls). 12C4 - 5C4 = 490. Is this method correct??

at 1:18:32, I used that in total there will be 7C2 lines made, and of those 4 points 4C2 lines are made (which is basically 1 line), so total number of lines = 7C2 - 4C2 + 1 = 16. (Replacing 4C2 lines with just 1 line because points are collinear). Is this approach correct??
