This is permutations of the multiset, aka partitioning of permutations.

30 is correct.

Numerator has n factorial, where n is the number of characters
Denominator has the product of k1!, k2!, etc. where each k is the frequency of repeated characters. 2 Ms means 2!. 2 As means 2!. 1 D means 1!.
