Recently I found out dermoid cyst on my left ovary by touching and felt something abnormal in my stomach.now i took scan and doctor confirmed me that i have 10mm sized dermoid cyst
My question is that
What will the right way to remove dermoid cyst whether through open surgery or through laparoscopic surgery
My mom insisting me to prefer open surgery to avoid spillage and also infection in future
