What Turkish People Eat Daily In The Black Sea Region?
While I was in TRABZON visiting our Aunty, i filmed what we eat daily. It is perfect example of what local Turkish people eat in the Black Sea region. Having mostly vegetables and fish it is a healthy diet to choose.

The recipes and videos I mentioned in the video:

Thank you for the beautiful window into daily life and cuisine of your beautiful country, Turkey. I work on a farm on John's Island, South Carolina, USA. We grow both varieties of beans you showcased. The first, the striped one, we call "Cranberry beans". We use them in stews of lamb, beans, sweet onions and rosemary; if you sweetness add a little grape jelly. The second type "Italian flat beans", we steam and serve with sea salt, olive oil and lemon wedges...your work is topnotch! Thank you, again...

I'm from India but my city is unlike 'Indian type', a very humble area called shillong and I am so in love with your culture and food, ,we have a lot in common, for example 'red tea', during breakfast, evening snacks and without snacks there's alway red tea, , thankyou so much for this video, , i'm your new subscriber 🤗

I just love these videos were you travel around and show different places in your country. What a wonderful place to live and so many fresh farm products and that little scene with the hazelnuts in that little 12-year-old hard-working boy that was beautiful and I’m so glad you remembered your camera and then it was still there
