The cookie that you ate in starbucks called "İzmir Bombası" literally translated as a İzmir bomb and it is filled chocolate cream. It is delicious normally we buy it from bakeries in Turkey because they better you should try from a bakery you will love it much more. I'm happy you came to Turkey. The first food is probably one of the best food in Turkey! I adore our Turkish manti! And the creamy dough you ate at Starbucks is called Izmir Bombasi which is literally Izmir bomb in English.

The little dumplings are called Manti and is the best dish I've had from turkey.
