INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (240 ml) dairy-free milk
1 roasted red pepper
2 Tbsp (15 g) agar powder (100% strength)
3/4-1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional but recommended)
1/4 cup (60 g) tahini or cashew butter
1 Tbsp (25 g) tomato paste
1/3 cup (80 ml) olive brine
1 1/2 Tbsp tapioca flour
