Okay I saw this early morning so I just ran and I accepted and completed the challenge in 4 hours (I'm 200lbs and new to fitness so it took me so long)
Here's how 👇

1. I ran 0.6 miles (1km) and pushups were the hardest for me cuz I recently started working out and don't have much great power on my hands

So I break up the push-ups in 20 - 10 - 10 - 5 - 5 (20 min break) 15 - 10 - 10 - 5 - 5 - 5

2. Then I ran another kilometre (0.6 miles) in 20 minutes cuz I was now exhausted but I reached the second checkpoint. My legs are really powerful so I didn't had much problems with squats. I did 80 - 20 squats but now my legs were sore

3. Now I ran a little ahead without seeing the checkpoint My legs were in pain so I didn't noticed the distance I ran (it was a little more than a mile)
And I was completely exhausted at 50 crunches
So I took another 20 min break and then did 20 - 20 - 10 crunches and took a nap in the ground and then came back home at around 1'o clock (I finished this challenge in India at 40°C or 104°F and started at 30°C or 85°F at 4:30 in the morning)

Thanks to this channel that motivated me to start getting fit without equipments at home and thanks to you who challenged my limits in doing this run

imma do the 30 spartan challenge:
run 0.3 miles
every 0.1 mile do 10 reps of an exercise😂

This is a good idea because i walk 5 or 6 km every day and do workouts after walking so now i can run 1 km and do my exercise every 1 km until i reach 5 km

Change the 3 miles to 10 kilometers and in 1.5 years later you’ll be faster then light and you’ll start to lose your hair. And 3 years later you’ll be completely bald but extremely strong

I just reached running 3 miles on an regular basis. And can do 20-30 reps of each with no problem. So with a little more time, I will be there!!

This almost sounds exactly like Saitama's workout, except with a shorter run. I'll give it a go.
