Hi Leah, it's fine to do this exercise after 32 weeks. Our model, Maggie, was 37 weeks when we filmed this video.

Yes. You can do this exercise right til the very end of your pregnancy. It can relieve lower back pain and help open up and stretch and prepare you for labor.

Hi Mickayla,
Sounds like you may have a compromised core and maybe diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles). I'd advise a trip to see a physical therapist for an accurate diagnosis and personalized therapy/discussion on what the best exercises for you to do during pregnancy and for recovery after baby is born. Doing ab work improperly when you have diastasis recti can actually make it worse.. so I think it's important to see a professional in your area to get help now.

My wife is frank breeched, and we have a month to try and get baby to turn to the correct position. will this maneuver get the baby to turn?

This is my second pregnancy, and I find this time around my abdomen muscles are shot, very weak, so in the crawl position I find it very hard to arch my back enough to even merit doing this exercise. Any suggestions?
