Goan Chicken Caldine | Chicken in Coconut-Milk based Curry

The Goan Caldine is a special Coconut-Milk based curry. This time I tried this Caldine curry with Chicken (I usually cook it with fish) and it turned out to be simply delicious— the lip-smacking, finger-licking kind! I cooked the curry using MAGGI MAGIC CUBES- CHICKEN. If you're a fan of Thai curries, this one will be something you'll enjoy, since it has some creamy coconut-milk goodness :)
