Here is what you'll need!

Boneless chicken thigh 500 gm
Coconut milk 1 cup
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Sliced onion 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp (3-4 pcs)
Coriander/ dhone pata 3-4 tbsp

Spices:

Black mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf / Tej pata 1
Cardamom / Elachi 3 pcs
Dry red chili / sukno morich 3 pcs
Cumin / Jeera 1 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste

just made this for my quarantine dinner for my family. Everyone loved it. A couple edits I made, I didn't add the green pepper (didn't have it) and I squeezed lime in at the end. Was delicious!

Just made this an hour ago and my rarely used mortar and pestle became useful for the pastes.. I didn’t have the mustard seeds and coriander powder and coriander but it still turned out pretty good and I was afraid my chicken breast would dry out, it was juicy and tender.. and whoever made a comment about putting lemon at the end, thanks!

Made this today. Everyone loved it. Served over basmati rice. Thanks! One thing, you may want to substitute red chili powder with paprika, in case you don't like spicy.

This was a quick and easy dish! Very tasty. I added a little sugar and lime juice to balance it out and it was very tasty.

Nice one to have on hand when you dont feel like grinding the masala paste.

I used chicken breast this time, but next time will use boneless thigh.

Total prep time is really not more than 5 minutes and cooking time is 30 minutes.

I cooked it and left it to rest for an hour before reheating and serving. Delicious and the chicken was tender even though breast meat can get tough if not cooked just right.

I made this dish tonight for dinner and the flavours were awesome. Like other comments below I had to skip a few ingredients as I didn’t have them but overall the flavours and quality were excellent.
