Look at all the videos posted on Youtube with 1000's bugs, glitches, laziness character modelling, missing fog, freezing, crashing, removed over 40 songs, rain now looks completely disgusting and cant see anything happening, the Sky box looks ridiculous, like you can see a dividing line in the middle, Swimming instead of CJ's head just bobbing in the water, now half his body sticks out while bobbing, the water effects from hovering over in a plane or helicopter over the water are gone and is now replaced with some weird ripple effect. its a pure cash grab. Rockstar should be ASHAMED what they have released here.

I pirated the definitive edition today and I'm not even feeling bad about it. I'm not angry because of how the game looks.
-The performance is awful, my laptop with Ryzen 7 4800H and RTX 2060 should be more than enough to achieve 60fps in this game but it just can't. Even on lowest settings it is CPU bottlenecked, GPU utilization is not even 50% and it struggles to get 40-50fps average with poor frame-pacing making it not really enjoyable, and it's not even stable as I played for 20 minutes and already had one crash.
-A little gimmick but ruining the first look at the game is that all of three games uses the same gta san andreas sounds in menus, and none of the games have any loading screen music. Also, Rockstar never renewed the licence for some of music from these games, so many tracks are missing, just like in mobile and later steam versions of these games. In original when you launched a new game in GTA Vice City the first thing you could hear in the radio was Michael Jackson - Billie Jean, but because that music is not in the definitive edition, you hear Laura Branigan - Self Control instead.
-The worst thing however is controls, you can easily notice that the game was designed to be played on gamepad, as mouse control is awful, you can feel weird acceleration when you move your mouse fast and if you are in vehicle you can't easily control camera up and down, only left and right, and that's also something you can't change in settings. Also some keyboard controls are completely different than in original but that isn't that big of a deal. The weird thing is that when you ride a bike in San Andreas, CJ will always ride at full speed even if you just hold the W button, without tapping it rapidly like you had to do in original release.
-Menu options are broken and although you can change options with left and right arrow, you can't move around menu screen with up and down arrow and use the mouse instead. Also as I'm polish, I started the game in polish language which also is poorly translated, and that is weird because the original release got a very good unofficial translation.
This release is awful and I'm leaving [*] for everyone who spent any money on that game, Seeing that this game is also online-only if you bought it legally makes it even more hilarious and just shows how much rockstar games doesn't care about the quality of their products and about their consumers anymore. This is, in my opinion, probably the biggest disappointment of the year. I played 20-30 minutes of that crap and I will not launch that game anymore, unless some serious patches will appear.
