That's right, you can make ahead your cookies and freeze the cookie dough for later - yay! Today we're making make-ahead M&M Cookies, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter Cup Blossoms, and Oreo Cookie Balls.

I'm sure everyone knows this recipe for peanut butter cookies but it's the 1-1-1..1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg and 1 cup of sugar. And you can double it or triple it. It freezes great and as a single mom of man children it's always a hit and frugal.
