I get toe cramps and it brings me to tears. Sometimes the cramps will last for an hour and I always get them at night in bed. I have sciatica, so I will check that foam roller out. Thanks for showing!

So-so quarterback. Great physical therapists ("that is in my opinion of course"). Much better deals on vibrating foam rollers after a quick google search. Finding ones around $60 on Amazon.

I like researching a lot of different fitness equipment since i'm a personal trainer with a decent client base. Many clients come to me with some sort of imbalance which I am able to correct. I never heard of this foam roller and it actually looks quite beneficial for a lot of my clients. I'm also trying to work toward in becoming a physical therapist but the only draw back I'm having so far is getting shadowing hours from a physical therapist. I contacted many physical therapist locations but none of them responded to my request. I majored in biochemistry and got myself certified in corrective exercise through NASM and continued studying/researching anatomy/physiology on my own. I'm ready to start my degree but those shadow hours are holding me back from applying sadly.

I have consistently tight muscles in my hips and legs. Vibrating massagers ( the little handheld ones) don’t seem to do anything for them. You once recommended a pulsing massager while talking about quadriceps and I haven’t bought one yet. I’ve recently discovered the joy of using a foam roller (thanks to you guys!). Which one do you think would be more effective: a vibrating roller like this or a non-vibrating massager? Thanks!

What do you guys think of “dry needling” for neck pain? I have a old neck injury from the gym and muscle/skeletal relaxants do not help. Thanks, pearl

I have to ask I had a baby. while I was pregnant I was working as a CNA while I was working I believe I hurt myself I told my doctors that something was wrong but nothing was checked or done now I suffer with my pelvic bone out of place and three discs in my lower right-side in my back. I am seeing a chiropractor and he tells me I need to do physically therapy but cant afford it and my insurance will not pay for it. Can you show me some main things I can do to get back to work please
