I heard if you go into your bathroom at 3 am, tap the mirror and say "whats the best glue for foam" 3 times, Kamui will pop out of your sink drain to haunt you forever

Heads up to those of you looking to use barge glue/cement, it’s pretty wiffy, so make sure to use it in a well ventilated area, especially if you plan to use a lot of it at once. Additionally it works really well to glue softer leather such as pig and deer hide. Barge is pretty easy to find if you have a leather workers’ shop near you such as Tandy leather which appears to be a store across the US and not a local chain like I thought. It is illegal to ship large quantities of it to residential areas without certain paperwork so that’s something to be aware of too.

Hello there! Love your sidekick. Oh that's not your sidekick it's your dog. He's just the cutest thing ever! Your videos are amazing and they explain the topic perfectly. I am looking forward to seeing more. Thank you. Give the Corgis a hug for me.

I love this video! I've never work with foam before but now I feel a little more confident ! however with the barge glue please make sure you guys use it in a well-ventilated area! And if you are not in a ventilated area at least put on a face mask! I use it on my leather products and it is toxic! So put on a face mask or do it in a room that has a lot of airflow and have the doors open and things like that! The fumes will make you feel really dizzy. Also with the large cans there's an applicator inside but a Q-tip will work just as well!

I probably need to say thank you. Not for the glue, I will probably ask about this again later. LOL.
No, I'm thanking you for being an inspiration to me. I caught your video on what you did to lose weight to look so awesome in your cosplay outfits. I don't do cosplay but I do love the crafts so watching your videos is really helpful. I think I remember seeing a few of your older videos back about 8 years ago when you were cutting out foam in your living room. Anyway, your weight loss video really did inspire me to lose weight. I figure is you could do it, I could.
I'm going to be 65 years old in less than 30 days and I'd been trying but never succeeding in losing weight. Mainly because I wasn't careful about what I ate. I started walking 10 miles plus a day. Some exercise and seriously cut back on sugar and drinking lots of water. In 7 months I lost 65 pounds and am now down from a 252 pound start to a comfortable 185 pounds.
I'm still working on the lose skin but it's really tightening up. I know that's probable way TMI. But I just wanted to thank you for that video and thank you for all your videos. I find you very entertaining, helpful and you don't put me to sleep.

For cosplayer's in the UK the glue is often termed Contact Adhesive. One I've found is the 'Evo Stik, Impact Adhesive'

Thank you so much! You make starting my first foam armor costume so much less intimidating! I'm definitely going to check out your horn patterns too. Perfect for what I need!

For folks in the States, I'd suggest DAP Weldwood contact cement, as it is much, much cheaper than Barge, like less than half the price. It takes longer to set (like 15 minutes) but that can sometimes be a good thing when working with broad surfaces. Otherwise, it's just as powerful and effective.

While my kids and I adore your build videos I really appreciate these small videos detailing specific aspects of crafting. They really help with our own projects.
