learn to bounce a ball on a wedge, never worry about duffing the ball, every good golfer thats ever lived can do it, i learnt too, now if ive rushed to or nervous on 1st tee i do it

I've had more lessons than I care to remember. My anxiety over putting and chipping/pitching is worse than extreme. It can be paralysing at times it's that bad. I have tried everything to absolutely no avail. How can I fix this?
