Big fan of Tom – guy’s a legend. Also love this advice, slowing down changes everything under pressure. One thing I’ve found with athletes is pairing it with breathwork amplifies the effect. Walk slow, but also exhale longer than you inhale. It triggers your body’s natural calm response. Simple, but powerful. Small shifts like this can make a big difference in crunch moments.
