Only the rudder and aileron have spring tab. During roll the AP roll actuator deflects the left spring tab to move the aileron and returns it to last position when plane is back to wings level. Unlike the aileron spring tab the rudder spring tab has auto trim function that stays deflected on a new position when the trim is actuated. The elevators dont have spring tab, they have the servo tab. It has the same purpose to relieve pilot control efforts, but the actuation is not mechanically but manually controlled by the pilots using the pitch trim control on the yoke or stby pitch trim on center pedestal.
