Thaedus, also known as the Great Betrayer, or buff Santa Claus, is the founder and most senior member of the coalition of worlds. He is an incredibly powerful character whose importance within the series cannot be understated. And today’s video is going to give you his complete comic book rundown. One Note to Remember: The destruction of Viltrum also required a blast from Space Racers gun and very precise timing or else all three Viltrumites would have died on impact, they said this explicitly and people always forget this when recounting that feat and I do not know why.

It’s always bothered me that, Viltrumites are supposed to get more powerful with age and yet Thaddeus who is clearly much older and has a pretty decent amount of combat experience( especially since his main ops has been other viltrimites, ) than Thragg one shot him.

Even knowing he's gonna die I am so pumped to see Peter Cullen get consistent action like this again.
TF movies have this weird thing recently that Optimus' dialogue feels very stiff compared to when he voiced optimus in the Transformers Prime show, and I have no idea why outside of maybe they're doing it under pressure from a limited budget or had to animate everything before Peter comes in to voice it.

I swear Prime uses the line "This cannot be" too many times to be convincing
